[에듀인뉴스=지성배 기자] 한국교육개발원은 교육부, 서울대학교 교육연구소, 한국교육과정평가원, 한국교육학회와 공동으로 ‘제20회 교육연구국제학술대회(International Conference on Education Research, ICER)’를 개최한다.

오는 17일 오전 10시부터 18일 오후 5시 30분까지 이틀간 서울대학교 호암교수 회관에서열리는 이번 학술대회의 주제는 ‘창의성, 역량과 미래교육(Creativity, Competency, and Design of Future Education) 디자인’이다.

학회 첫날인 17일에는 서울대학교 김신일 교수(전 교육부 장관), 아주대학교 박형주 총장, University of Glasgow의 Mike Osborne 교수, 미국 심리학회 학교교육 심리센터(APA, CPSE)의 Rena Subotnik 소장, University of Missouri의 Erica Lembke 교수, University of Canberra의 Barbara Pamphilon 교수, Humboldt University of Berlin의 Malte Brinkmann 교수, Claremont Graduate University의 Thomas Luschei 교수가 기조연설한다. 

18일에는 ‘Future Education: Online Learning and New Educational Competencies’의 주제로 한국교육개발원(KEDI) 기관 세션이 진행된다. 오후 1시 30분부터 진행되는 KEDI 세션에서는 계명대학교 Kevin Kester 교수가 좌장을 맡고, 최수진 한국교육개발원 연구위원이 ‘Case Study of a High School on Practices of Competency-based Education’을 주제로 발표한다. 

이어 이은주 한국교육개발원 디지털교육연구센터 팀장이 ‘Exploring How Open Secondary School Students Are Learning from the Perspectives of Learning Analytics: Comparisons between Middle and High Schools’을 주제로 발표하며, 장혜승 한국교육개발원 연구위원이 ‘How to Answer to the Different Types of Inquiries(Analysis on the Inquiries of the Online Educational System)’을 주제로 발표한다.

각 발표에 대해서는 경인교대 온정덕 교수, 한서대 임다미 교수, 카톨릭대 우정원 교수가 토론할 예정이다.
